In order to effectively manage your company´s trademark portfolio, we together develop a professional trademark management. The strategies and goals which will be pursued are specified in a cooperative workshop with the consultants of our offices and you.
Our support is already present in the process of developing your trademark. In this process, we explain to you which requirements must be met for trademark registration and the composition of a trademark portfolio distinctively geared toward your company.
We register you for national, European, or worldwide trademark protection with the appropriate agencies, for example the German Patent & Trademark Office (DPMA), the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (HABM), and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). Together with our network of internationally active trademark and cooperation partners, we are able to register and advocate you worldwide outside of the standing organizations and treaties.
We advise you in contractual composition for trademark licensing and sales and guide you through all judicial and extrajudicial proceedings.
